The 2RRR Web Site is owned and operated by Ryde Regional Radio Co–operative. By accessing or using the 2RRR Web Site, you agree to the terms of the 2RRR Web Site Privacy Policy, as outlined on this page. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site. Ryde Regional Radio Co–operative reserves the right to change the 2RRR Web Site Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. Your use of this site will be subject to the most current version of the 2RRR Web Site Privacy Policy at the time of such use.

Web site login

The 2RRR Web Site offers members of Ryde Regional Radio Co–operative a login account for their own use. Accounts are set up by Ryde Regional Radio Co–operative, using personal information and preferences from your Ryde Regional Radio Co–operative membership application form. This information is stored and protected by your account name and password. Until you request to logout, or for a period of 24 hours since visiting the site, whichever is sooner, the 2RRR Web Site stores a cookie on your computer, identifying you upon return visits. This cookie contains one way hashes of minimal information required for the 2RRR Web Site to identify you. The cookie does not contain personal information, or hashes thereof.

No other information on your computer, other than that found in the cookie, will be accessed by the 2RRR Web Site. Access to your account information always requires both your account name and password.

Visitor submissions

Certain activities on the 2RRR Web Site, allow you to submit information, whether you are logged in or not. Updating member personal information

Members can help Ryde Regional Radio Co–operative maintain the accuracy of their personal information, by notifying us when they change their name, address, title, phone number, email address, or contact preferences. Members may update or change information related to their 2RRR Web Site account, by accessing the preferences on the site with their account name and password.

If at any time members wish to update their information or preferences that are not available online, or they prefer to cancel their membership of Ryde Regional Radio Co–operative, then they need to contact our Membership Department.

Ryde Regional Radio Co–operative may occasionally update, amend, or change this privacy policy based on user feedback and as needed or appropriate. Notice of revisions will always be posted on this privacy policy web page.

Privacy related complains

If for some reason you believe that the 2RRR Web Site has not adhered to these principles, please notify our Privacy Department, and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly. In your correspondence, please describe in as much detail as possible, the ways in which you believe that the 2RRR Web Site Privacy Policy has not been complied with. We will investigate your complaint promptly. Please note that if you provide Ryde Regional Radio Co–operative with inconsistent privacy preferences (for example, by indicating in your preferences that you wish to make certain personal information public, and then on another occasion indicating that you do not wish to make certain personal information public), Ryde Regional Radio Co–operative cannot guarantee that your most recent privacy preference will be honoured.

Australian National Privacy Principles

Ryde Regional Radio Co–operative is exempt from the Australian National Privacy Principles, because of it's yearly income and being a not for profit co–operative. However, the co–operative attempts to abide by these principles wherever possible, with consideration given to our financial situation and other regulatory requirements. Any NPP related queries regarding Ryde Regional Radio Co–operative should be addressed to our Privacy Department.
