The Jazz Trumpeter, vocalist and Bandleader Geoff Bull turns 80 in May. For sixty years Geoff Bull has been playing, touring and entertaining with his flamboyant style.
Based in Sydney he has appeared at many venues with His Olympia Jazz Band and in recent years as leader of Geoff Bull and His Finer Cuts.
He has also toured frequently overseas to the USA, Japan and Europe, and in May will be celebrating his birthday with concerts in Japan.
On Monday, 16th May, Geoff Bull will be the special guest on Midday Jazz on 2RRR between 12:00pm and 2:00pm, with presenter Hartley Anderson. Geoff Bull has selected jazz recordings from his sixty years including many from Australian Jazz Conventions and his overseas concerts.
